On-air personality (DJ) – Full time & Part time

You have wanted to be an entertainer ever since your 1 st grade concert. We will teach you how to capture an audience and keep them with a 2-6 hour local radio show. You’ll be involved in putting together on-air skits, calling people to be on your show, being in public for publicity events, posting to social media, hunting for interesting things to talk about, networking with the public, fundraising, helping others, and pulling it all together every day with a big smile and a bigger heart. You love doing fun things. To you, hamburgers taste better on a bun.

 

Full Time Office Manager 

You love the idea of “nesting” and taking care of all your little chicks. You can manage multiple tasks in a day. Efficiency is your #1 skill. You will take completion of a project over a perfect project, but perfect is pretty high on your priority list. You are about the details so much that you would be a wedding planner, but you don’t get along with Brides to be. Your “to-do” list is always completed. If organizing things was an Olympic sport you’d win a medal. You didn’t invent social media, but you have ideas on how to make it better.

Part Time Social Media Expert

You speak the languages of Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Snap Chat, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Telegram, and all the rest of them. You have 10-12 hours a week to dedicate to our causes. You’ve entertained the idea of being a content creator and an influencer. You love seeing your ideas completed. You’re the perfectionist we’ve always wanted. You love breakfast & free pizza.

 

Full Time Advertising Consultant

You love to help others get what they need & want. You’re not driven by money; instead, you’re driven by big challenges and you know that deserves a nice payday (our advertising consultants are some of the highest paid professionals in the area). You can walk, talk, be taught new things, and chew bubble gum all at the same time effectively. You get why marketing is important; we will teach you how to make it work with our proven strategy that improves businesses advertising exposure by 600%. You don’t hate social media, but you don’t love it either. If you have had success in any of the following professions, you’re a great candidate: raising children, running a business (owner or GM), selling insurance, selling Schwan’s, raising livestock, anything where you are “hunting” for business deals. You love vacationing with friends and family.
